TYSONS CORNER, Va., November 23, 2021 -- Old Dominion National Bank (ODNB) announced the appointment of Todd Rowley to serve as the bank's Regional President for Central Virginia. Rowley will be based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
As Regional President for Central Virginia, Rowley is responsible for commercial loan and deposit business development across the Commonwealth, to include the regions of Central Virginia.  With over 40 years of in-market banking experience, he will primarily focus on serving small-and mid-sized businesses through the bank's dedicated specialty groups, including government contracting, commercial real estate development, healthcare, professional services, and non-profit.

Rowley was formerly ODNB’s Market Executive for the Metro Washington region, having joined ODNB in May 2019. His previous banking assignments include serving as a Senior Vice President for United Bank, Cardinal Bank, and Capital One Bank. Rowley was recently appointed to serve a three-year term as a member of the Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s 5th District. The 5th District includes District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of LEAD Virginia, and a Board Member for the Virginia Governor’s Virginia Growth and Opportunity Initiative for Region 7.
