“We are very pleased to have the continued benefit of Wes’ financial services and financial technology expertise, his perspective as a successful Northern Virginia entrepreneur, and years of service to the bank’s Board,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mark Merrill. “Naming Dan to serve as vice chair recognizes the role he’s playing in building critical shareholder and customer relationships, particularly in Central Pennsylvania and in the D.C. area. We expect Dan to remain an important contributor to ODNB and Centre1st Bank’s growth for years to come.”
Mr. Harrington is the President and CEO of DM Haggerty LLC, a consulting firm providing counsel to owners and chief executives of domestic and international businesses. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Lehigh White Cement Co. and President and CEO of Lehigh Hanson Inc., providers of building materials.
