A. Friedman to the Board of Directors of both the Company and the Bank, effective December 11, 2023. With deep roots in the Central Pennsylvania community and an impressive background in real estate and education, Ms. Friedman brings a wealth of experience to the Company.

We look forward to Charlene’s meaningful contributions to our Board, our employees and our customers as the Bank continues its growth across the Commonwealth.” In addition, Ms. Friedman will assume several committee assignments focused on oversight across the entire ODNB footprint lending her expertise in commercial real estate, business management and small business ventures.

Ms. Friedman, a long-time resident of State College, PA is the Chief Financial Officer of State College Downtown Properties and Industrial-Commercial Realty LLC. Her companies manage an impressive portfolio of over 140 properties, which include apartment units, mixed commercial space, and office buildings. As a community-focused leader, Ms. Friedman is actively involved in various organizations in the region, including the Mt. Nittany Health Child Advocacy Center and the Centre County Community Fund through the Ed and Charlene Friedman Charitable Foundation.

Ms. Friedman earned her Undergraduate Degree from Seton Hall University and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Oregon and Penn State University. In addition to her academic achievements, she holds several real estate designations including Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Ms. Friedman has previously served on the Centre County Housing Authority. She served as President of the Downtown State College Partnership and President of the Centre County Association of REALTORS®, she was also President of Chapter 96 of IREM. She is a past recipient of Best 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania and together with her husband Edward, received the Renaissance Person of the Year in 2012.
